We are pleased to announce that Namesco has signed up to Ofcoms new voluntary code of practice aimed at building consumer’s trust in the ISP industry.
The new code, announced this month states that ISPs are to provide clear caveats and accurate broadband speed estimates at the point of sale and on their websites.
The code also states that line checkers should always be used where possible before the customer takes up a broadband service.
