Email groups

An email group is an easy way to send email to a specific group of your contacts. This saves the need to add multiple email addresses to an email.

Step 1

Log into your Online Control Panel

Step 2

Click on the domain name that you would like to set the mail group up on

Step 3

Click on the Email & FTP link on the left hand side menu and towards the bottom of the screen click on the Add mail group button.

Step 4

Type in a name that you would like to call the group, then type in the email address that you want to use to email the group.

Lastly add the recipients that you want to be part of this mail group. When you have added all of the contacts you need in the group, click save.

When the page refreshes you will now see your new mail group as well as the number of contacts in that group.
