How to renew products
Namesco will begin sending renewal notifications for your products approximately 6 weeks prior to expiration to allow you plenty of time to organise payment. Once you get a renewal reminder, you are able to renew at anytime, through your Online Control Panel.
To renew online, login to your Online Control Panel and select Billing Options from the left menu
If you have renewals due in the next 6 weeks, you will be immediately taken to the Renewals Due section of the Control Panel at this point.
You will now see a screen similar to below
To renew a product, place a tick in the check box next to the item, and select Renew
You will then be taken through to our secure checkout to make payment for the item.
